Road Transport Operations
- Establish organizational framework and procedures for the division of Road Transport.
- Standardize the processes, SOPs & guidelines, corporate IT-solutions, benchmarks and compliance procedures in line with Head Office specifications and the country requirements to ensure an efficient & sustainable organization structure.
- Drive operations excellence, 5S, continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
- Quality control of all related activities to the services performed for Road Transport.
- Establishes efficient communication processes and structures of all related issues/risks to the services performed for Road Transport to monitor the service standard consistently.
- Develop customer service protocol, process to align with regional and country management.
