Vacancy Description
- Design, conduct, and evaluate training activities under TCF’s Non-Formal Education (NFE) program for out-of-school children of Pakistan as well as TCF’s Adult Literacy Programme.
- Adapt trainings to TCF community and non-TCF community contexts.
- Assist Deputy Manager and Manager Training to analyze training needs and refine training model accordingly.
- Design and adapt in-person and digital training modules for NFE programmes.
- Design and/or develop specific training modules.
- Assist in developing training plan and budget.
- Conduct (on-site as well as virtual) ToTs and teacher trainings.
- Assist in preparing clear, user-friendly reports, presentations, and data visualizations for the education management team for strategic road-mapping.
- Use a variety of available data to identify training programme needs and areas of improvement.
