Assistant Manager, Supply Chain (Indonesia)

Position Responsibilities

To support the planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of products to all coffee outlets. The role coordinates daily supply chain operations, monitors supplier performance, manages inventory levels, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to achieve high product availability and operational efficiency

Supply Planning & Inventory

• Assist in demand planning and replenishment for warehouse.
• To facilitate the Monthly forecast to Regional Demand planner.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock coverage.
• Review slow-moving, excess, and expired inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate inventory allocation during promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
