Position Title: Assistant Manager/Deli Manager

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Objective:

Under the direction or in the absence of the store manager, the assistant manager is responsible for carrying out the duties of the store manager. The assistant manager is responsible for the store appearance and store operation that reflect company standards and image. The assistant manager will direct the operation of the store in accordance with company policies and procedures to maximize store profits and have a significant impact on store operating expenses and sales volume. The assistant manager is also responsible for providing the foundation and guidance for employees to achieve maximum success and personal motivation.
