Assistant Manager, Sales

Overview

The Assistant Manager, Sales is accountable for assisting the Regional Sales Manager or Branch Manager in managing the successful execution of Wesco sales initiatives, policies and programs for a specific location, in support of business plans and strategic objectives; and for pursuing new business to meet annual Company and branch or regional goals.

The Assistant Manager will maintain positive and productive customer and vendor relationships, resolving problems; assisting with completing audits; identifying trends; pursuing process and system improvements and assisting with the implementation of changes, as necessary to meet business requirements.
