Support monthly and weekly S&OP planning activities. Consolidate sales forecasts and customer requirements from sales teams. Prepare demand and supply planning reports and MIS. Track forecast accuracy and highlight deviations. Coordinate with production, SCM, and sales teams for demand-supply alignment. Production Planning & Coordination
Prepare production plans based on customer orders and forecast requirements. Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to plan.
