Assistant Manager, Risk Strategy & Governance (BCM)

Support the Head of Risk Strategy & Governance in executing tasks and processes, providing risk oversight for major projects and change initiatives to mitigate adverse impacts on the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Encourage a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the business.
• Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders regarding emerging risk issues to support informed decision‑making.
• Support risk methodology that aligns with regulatory and industry best practice requirements.
• Leverage risk monitoring tools for scenario analysis, stress testing, financial modelling and other analytics to add value.
• Assist in planning and executing business continuity management and methodology changes to ensure effectiveness and resilience.
