- Manage MEP works throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, and timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Review contractors' method statements and shop drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and applicable standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, developers, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with relevant departments and authorities to ensure all statutory and local authority requirements are fulfilled during project execution.
