Assistant Manager Operations, Dairy, Singapore

The Assistant Manager Operations is responsible for managing the logistics and trade operations for selected origins.

• Prepare and execute contracts/sales orders, working with customers & sales team
• Liaise with origin/supplier/own production site to ensure orders are logged and executed as per customer’s requirements.
• Tracking of shipments & documents and ensuring that we meet the KPI’s requirements
• Good understanding of contract management, payment terms and import/export documentation
• Understanding shipping incoterms, as well as basic knowledge of Bills of Lading
• Liaise with banks, shipping lines, suppliers, traders, agents and customers as well as our offices across the globe
• Check and submit all export shipping documents to customers and/or their representative banks
