Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications

Role Objective: Support both online and offline marketing strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution. Ensure effective communication and tracking till last-mile delivery. Maintain detailed reports and records of marketing efforts. Principal Accountability: Digital & Social Media Marketing Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Track analytics and engagement metrics across platforms. Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and stories. Support execution of paid ad campaigns under guidance. Monitor trends and suggest improvements based on audience response. Offline Marketing Coordination Coordinate with vendors for printing, logistics, and event materials.
