COMPASS administers music copyright licences in Singapore as part of an international network that safeguards and supports the rights of music creators. As a trusted intermediary for music copyright holders and users alike, we aim to uplift conditions for creativity and continuous growth of the music industry.

The Assistant Manager (Major Digital Licensing) is an account management role reporting to the Head of Licensing (Major Digital). This role involves negotiating with digital services on the grant and renewal of copyright licences for use of musical works under prescribed frameworks.
