The Liner Operations Assistant Manager supports the Manager in the execution of liner operations for a trade‑lane (multiple services), including schedule management and stowage planning. This role prepares you to become a manager who oversees teams of operations professionals, manages key stakeholder relationships, and ensures the delivery of cost‑effective, compliant, and high‑quality services.
Role & Responsibilities- Operation Execution: establish stowage plans and coastal schedules, ensuring full ships operated within Proforma; track and report on bunker consumption during and at the end of the round‑trip.
- Operations Governance: supported by regional/local operation teams to ensure cargo and bunker operation performance and compliance with port regulations.
- Cross‑Functional Integration: collaborate with trade, EMD, procurement, finance, and chartering to ensure operations deliver business objectives.
