Job Description

Assistant In-Room Dining Manager supports the In-Room Dining Manager in daily operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and a positive colleague and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of In-Room Dining, including service execution, scheduling, opening and closing duties, payroll support, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Supervise and support the In-Room Dining team to ensure prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service for all room service orders and suite set-ups.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, cleanliness, sanitation, and health & safety compliance.
