Assistant Manager HSSE

We are seeking a highly capable HSSE professional to act as a strategic partner to the HSSE Manager, driving the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSSE frameworks across operations in the UAE. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership capability, and hands‑on experience in industrial or factory environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HSSE Manager to implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives aligned with UAE regulations and international standards.
• Lead and manage the HSSE team, including workforce planning, roster management, performance reviews, and risk escalation.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (MOHRE, Civil Defence, Environmental authorities) and international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; ensure timely closure of non‑conformances and corrective actions.
