Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR that will handle the following:
- Management of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc) and Legal/ Labour issues
- Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit
- Payroll complete process from input processing, to output generation, taxation and investment as per local statutory acts. Also managing the payroll of outsourced staff
- Management of the entire recruitment cycle for entry level positions including sourcing, interview co‑ordination, interviewing, offer closure, reference check
- The entire recruitment process to be managed as per the global recruitment policy on a timely basis in the recruitment system available
- Overall responsibility as Generalist HR
