Assistant Manager, Group Compensation & Benefits (Medical)

NHG Health is seeking a C&B Partner focusing on the Medical Job Family, responsible for supporting compensation and benefits programmes at the Group level. You will work with various teams to implement policies that attract and retain talent.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or Business Administration and 2-3 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are a must.
