Assistant Manager, Graduate College

Graduate College at NTU seeks a dedicated professional to manage Interdisciplinary Collaboration Core (ICC) courses and support the Deputy Director.

• Plan and organize ICC courses, workshops/seminars and activities.
• Plan class timetabling, including booking of class venues.
• Work with Colleges/Schools and course instructors (internal/external) on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments.
• Act as point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to ICC courses, including liaising with other relevant offices.
• Handle and manage ICC courses registration and arrange students from various disciplines in every ICC class.
• Monitor class attendances.
• Handle students’ results including arrangement of meetings for the Board of Examiners to finalize students’ results.
• Manage all payments to course instructors.
