Assistant Manager Finance

Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Finance Manager is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting the Finance Director in maintaining financial integrity, strengthening internal controls, improving business performance, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

The role combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial business partnering, working closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Regional Finance to provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

As the finance lead for day-to-day operations, the incumbent is responsible for driving financial discipline across budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, working capital, inventory governance, profitability analysis, ERP compliance, and business performance reporting while continuously improving finance processes and controls.
