Job Summary:

Assistant Manager Finance - Revenue & Receivables at TenX: The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the organization’s revenue and receivables functions. Your core responsibilities will include reading contracts with customers, generating and issuing invoices for clients across the TenX Group, revenue recognition, filing monthly sales tax returns, ensuring tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study customer contracts.
• Evaluate tax implications on invoicing.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices ensuring timely billing cycles.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely clearance and maintain healthy cash flow.
• File monthly and quarterly sales tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update the receivables report, including entry of all new client agreements and payment terms.
