What You’ll Do The role will require to set-up and support the Intercompany Accounting as well as financial consolidation activities for the entity recently acquired by Amex GBT. Prepare Intercompany Invoices for all Intercompany charge-outs as and when required. Prepare Intercompany settlements monthly to settle IC positions and coordinate with Treasury to execute the settlement including accounting. Coordinate resolution of necessary clearance entries to address out-of-balance and seek approval for close of books based on established materiality thresholds and close protocols during monthly close of books.
