Summary

The Assistant Manager supports General Manager in the daily responsibilities required to keep the business running smoothly. The Assistant Manager directs employees and ensures that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner.

Duties

The Assistant Manager ensures that Shift Leaders and Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting
expectations in all areas of their job.
