Assistant Manager, Electrical Power Plant Operations

RAK Ceramics seeks a seasoned Assistant Manager Electrical to drive the electrical operation and maintenance of its 42 MW captive power plant. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure uninterrupted power supply to the factory and facilities, and optimize electrical systems for reliability and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of power plant experience, hands-on HV/LV network expertise, and strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills.
