Assistant Manager Datacom and Corporate Business Support

Job Purpose

• This role ensures the high availability and performance of the nationwide Core Transmission (IP/MPLS) network through design, implementation, operations, and proactive monitoring.
• It involves solution design, implementation and Level 3 support for corporate business services.
• Coordination with vendors and regional teams for deployments, upgrades, and emergencies, as well as maintaining security, documentation, and compliance.
• The position also oversees preventive maintenance, network migrations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimized and reliable connectivity.

• Ensure end-to-end support for corporate business products, including solution design provisioning, and after-sales support (Level 3).
