Role
Assistant Manager International Corporate Secretary Officer within Apex Corporate Solutions, Valencia, Spain. Reporting to the Head of Operations Corporate Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist junior colleagues in day‑to‑day work.
- Prepare and support board/committee/shareholder meetings, including meeting packs, convening notices, agendas, and attendance lists.
- Ensure compliance with corporate rules and regulatory deadlines.
- Attend corporate meetings and provide simultaneous CoSec support.
- Take or review minutes, extract action items, and execute related tasks.
- Maintain continuity between meetings by following up on action items.
- Support corporate documentation and filing: statutory documents, annual statements, tax filings, audit processes, AML/KYC, AML/CFT, screening, BRC forms, shareholder resolutions, bank account openings, etc.
- Proactively identify governance issues.
