Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning

(a) To contribute to the Corporate Planning function by:

• (i) Managing small components within the spectrum of strategy management process (formulation, development, execution, monitoring, communication) within the Bank
• (ii) Lead generation of basic analysis and interpretation of data sets from internal and external sources
• (iii) Assist in developing the Bank’s long-term and short-term corporate and business strategies and desired outcomes through the 5-year Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) respectively
• (iv) Preparing written materials and presentation decks for briefings, proposals, strategic analysis papers for consumption by senior management and Board
• (v) Preparing written materials and presentation decks for engagements with external parties such as Ministry of Finance (MoF), Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)
