Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who has a strong understanding of financial statements and is proficient in building financial models. The ideal candidate should be comfortable preparing balance sheets, analyzing financial data, and supporting business decisions through financial modelling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.


• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and business planning.


• Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports (MIS).


• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
