Assistant Manager, Compliance

Lead and oversee compliance execution for PCI-DSS, regulatory requirements, and payment scheme rules across business operations.

Own and coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory submissions, and risk assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Develop, enhance, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks aligned with local and international payment regulations.

Act as key liaison with Risk, Legal, IT Security, and Operations teams to strengthen AML, fraud prevention, and payment security controls.

Monitor regulatory developments (local and international) and translate them into actionable compliance initiatives and internal controls.

Drive gap analysis initiatives and assess the impact of regulatory or policy changes on business operations, providing clear recommendations to management.
