Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits and Global Mobility

Our client is a leading multinational shipping company headquartered in Singapore. The role is a 12-month contract (renewable and conversion to permanent).

This incumbent will provide operational and analytical support to the Manager, C&B in administering compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs.

• Support Compensation Activities
  • Assist in preparing data for annual salary review, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure the compensation planning system is properly set up and tested for annual salary review and bonus cycle, including data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Compile market benchmarking data and salary survey inputs.
  • Prepare costing and analysis reports for review by the Manager, C&B.
