Job Summary:
Coordinate office activities and support services, keeping the office running efficiently
Principal Responsibilities:
Helps to develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet broad, but specific goals.Decisions made with subordinate managers via scheduled and ad hoc meetings.Provides input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibilityMay be responsible for a combination of administrative functions such as: Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Mail Service, Investor Relations, fleet management etc.Manages the responsibilities for a team of one or more reports for day-to-day operations of administrative/support functionsManages office activities to achieve optimum utilization of equipment and employee productivity.Purchases and maintains office supplies and equipment as well as budget expense control.
