Role: Assistant Legal Manager, Indonesia (Based in the Bali Office)

We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive Assistant Legal Manager to support the organisation's legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance activities in Bali, Indonesia. Acting as a trusted legal partner to the business, the successful candidate will provide practical and risk-based legal advice, ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, oversee corporate secretarial matters, and support a broad range of commercial transactions.

This role requires a hands-on legal professional with a strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across both local and international teams.
