- Job Title: Assistant IT Manager
- Salary Range: RM7,000 – RM12,000
- Work Location: Ipoh, Perak
- Employment: Permanent
About the Job
- Maintain automation and monitoring systems and OT cybersecurity policies
- Validate SOPs, system architecture diagrams, and inventory records
- Maintain IT infrastructure in troubleshooting & technical support, system security, and change control
- Regulatory compliance with all OT systems (Manufacturing & QC)
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure
- Strong understanding in IT Infrastructure, LIMS, and CDS
- Strong communication skills
- Able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams
