The successful Early Years Practitioner will:

Have experience working with children in an Early Years or nursery setting
Be warm, patient and approachable
Support children’s learning through play and engaging activities
Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive environment
Work confidently as part of a nursery team
Hold a relevant Early Years qualification, ideally Level 2 or Level 3
