Assist in day‑to‑day Human Resources Operations in terms of Employee relations, recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefit. Promote a positive team culture while ensuring our guests experience is unique and brings the brand to life.

• Assist in the creation of and work within the established Human Resources department budget and control expenses.
• Assist in monitoring staffing to manage cost and expenses with comparison against budget and forecast.
