You will assist the Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning, ensure HR management aligns with the hotel and corporate overall strategy, and participate in developing and improving the hotel’s human resources policies, procedures, and regulations. You will execute all aspects of HR management, including team member relations, labor dispute handling, and compliance with all HR activities.

• Supervise team members in the HR office, ensuring the department’s daily operation is running smoothly and team members adhere to set disciplines.
• Liaise with local government authorities regarding labour law, labour relations and arbitration cases.
