Job Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager

General Function:

Acts as an assistant to the Human Resource Manager and assumes responsibilities during their absence. They also oversee the non-management Human Resources staff at the Chariton Distribution Center (excluding the training team), with a primary focus on payroll, benefits administration, event planning, and employee relations. Additionally, this position entails executing all payroll functions and promptly delivering and updating necessary reports and information.
