Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our Student Care Centres. Based at Headquarters and reporting directly to the Director, this role is critical in ensuring strong people governance, regulatory compliance, and staff capability across centre operations.
The Assistant HR Manager will work closely with Centre Supervisors and HQ teams to support manpower planning, staff welfare, training, and disciplinary management in a child‑centric and highly regulated environment.
