We are currently seeking for passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter, to join the team in Algarve Region @Pestana Viking Hotel,

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing restaurant and bar operations
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Ensuring SOP are in place

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages area in Hospitality
• Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written)
• Available to work in different schedules
• Guest Oriented
• Quality Oriented
• Team person
