GEMS Metropole School, Al Waha, Dubai is seeking an Assistant Head Teacher (Data and Assessment) to join its leadership team from January2026. This role will lead on academic data, assessment systems, timetabling, and examinations to ensure students achieve outstanding progress and staff are empowered with accurate insights to drive excellence.

• Lead the delivery of a high‑quality timetable and effective staff deployment
• Oversee assessment and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across subjects
• Manage internal and external examination processes and related logistics
• Monitor data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and guide interventions
• Use performance insights to support target‑setting, school improvement, and inspection readiness
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback to staff, students, and parents through structured reporting systems
