This confidential opportunity would suit an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of driving improvements in either behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing or attendance and pupil engagement. The successful candidate will join an established leadership team and lead a critical area of school improvement during an important period in the academy’s development. The role is based on a similar leadership brief to an Assistant Principal position focused on behaviour, inclusion, wellbeing, attendance and whole-school standards.
