Assistant Head, Senior Service

Support the Head of Senior Service in overseeing operations across multiple programmes and service sites. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, strengthening day-to-day management practices, and supporting service leads to achieve performance, quality and compliance standards.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple programmes and service sites, ensuring services are delivered in line with approved models, SOPs, and funding requirements

• Provide guidance and support to service leads, strengthening their ability to manage teams, service delivery, and operational challenges
