As Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our guests, our team, and the Bokashi brand. From the moment a guest walks in to the moment they leave, you make sure every touchpoint reflects who we are — warm, intentional, and rooted in sustainability.
Bokashi is part of LYD Bali Group, a family of lifestyle venues in Bali driven by community, creativity, and conscious hospitality. You'll report to the Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager, and work across FOH, BOH, Bar, and Cashier teams.
