Responsibilities

• Ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy
• Build and develop a culture of hospitality by motivating team members to provide superior customer service.
• Monitor restaurant atmosphere throughout the day, including music levels, lighting levels, temperature, and tv channels
• Communicate the need for repairs or maintenance to the leadership team
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Remain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurant
• Identify high-potential team members and assist in developing them for leadership roles (Bar Managers, Shift Leads, Manager-in-Training)
