Assistant General Manager (AGM) — One40 Rooftop

Seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead the daily operations of our upscale Modern American rooftop restaurant located in Financial District.

We are looking for a strong floor leader who thrives in hospitality, understands service at a high level, and can help elevate both guest experience and team performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, coaching teams in real time, building culture, and maintaining high operational standards.

• Oversee daily FOH operations and service execution

• Lead managers, hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards

• Be highly present on the dining room floor during peak service
