KEY RESONSIBILITIES
General
Work with and support the General Manager; assume GM responsibilities in his/her absence Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication Manage all facets of the operation, including regular financial reporting Establish and uphold Altitude standards and expectations Oversee Altitude's defined processes around inventory and reporting responsibilities Oversee labor and spending for entire facility, within the park's guidelines Track all spending and ensure it is accounted for and in accordance with the park's policies Develop the team by establishing profitability goals and rewarding positive behavior People
