Assistant General Manager Business Development

We are looking for a strong incumbent to drive sales for 3PL business focusing on warehousing in the region. The role is industry vertical agnostic and requires relationship development, obtaining opportunities and business closure.

• Enable lead generation for multiple industry segments
• Reach out to prospects across industry segments and share YCH capabilities
• Ensure deep connect with prospects through email/meetings
• Regularly conduct prospective client visits to YCH Operating locations in the region
• Gather market information to get active RFP/ RFQ in the 3PL space
• Once RFP is obtained, seek data from the prospect through sharing of questionnaires and data templates
• Conduct client site visits to get a better understanding of the product and its handling
• Prepare RFP details with support from procurement at HO
• Work with Reporting Manager to create a 3PL solution including infra, manpower, cap...
