Job Responsibilities- BUDGET : Consolidated Annual Budget of $3B business size annually, with detailed breakdown by business units, subsidiaries, individual trade and sub-trade, and supported by individual service with country volume/rate mix and equipment type P&L.
- FORECAST : Monthly 5-quarter rolling forecast driven mainly by changes in monthly deployment cascading plan with corresponding changes in forecasted rate, volume, and load factors per the forecasted market condition as submitted by Trade/Commercial management team. The rolling forecast is dynamic and iterative, compiled in four distinctive phases per the AFPO process (A: actual, F: forecast, P: plan, O: outlook).
