We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the leadership of our front-of-house operations across two distinctive dining outlets:

• The Pantry Restaurant – relaxed, seasonal dining
• The Priory Restaurant – fine dining for breakfast, afternoon tea, and celebratory dinners

You'll also help oversee meetings and events operations, as well as room service, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about outstanding food, fine wine, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
