POSITION: ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (Mandarin Speaking)
JOB SUMMARY:
- Review and oversee the accuracy of financial balances and account reconciliations for the Hotels and Offices segments of SM China.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances and trends, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and review value-added financial reports, forecasts, and business analyses for management and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and endorse financial and operational memoranda, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business units to resolve financial issues, strengthen controls, and support reporting requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Accountancy Graduate.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Certified Public Accountant.
