Cleveland Construction is seeking a dependable, hard-working Assistant Superintendent to join our commercial construction team! The successful candidate will be expected to support the Project Superintendent in managing the day-to-day operations of the project from the field level, this work includes but is not limited to:


SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Orientating all new workers to the job site on CCI’s project specific safety requirements, orientations, et.
  • Enforcement of daily worker compliance for the above-mentioned programs and company policies
  • Perform random audits of subcontractors to confirm that work is in conformance with project plans and specifications
  • Tracking, managing, and documenting all work activities, manpower, deliveries, inspections, etc. via daily reports, daily photographs, progress plans, manpower re...
