Assistant F&B Manager

Duties:   Assisting the F&B Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and the coordinating of all relevant facets of agreed operational standards and procedures. Ensure that all guests receive consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5* standards. Assist in maintaining cost of sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the F&B department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service. Lead and continuously upskill and develop the F&B team members. Assisting with procurement, management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment. Prepare reports and provide all relevant information to the F&B and General Manager.   Requirements:   Hotel School diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Food Service/F&B Management a must.
